Belair Marathon

Belair National Park is one of the country’s oldest national parks, established back in 1891! Many historic buildings and pavilions scatter the park and with massive trees, natural wildlife and stunning surroundings, it has become the epicentre for one incredible trail marathon, the Belair Marathon.
Not to be fooled with by the marathon title, this is certainly not a course for personal records, with close to 1500 metres of elevation gain in the marathon alone! But, this course is meant to be one of undeniably appreciating the environs, for connecting with the lands and for embracing the beauty that Belair throws at you at every corner. And with distances completing the marathon in a half marathon, 10k, 5k and now a 50k ultra marathon, there are plenty of options for everyone.
