TRSA On the Trails Race 5: Mt Bold

The TRSA Trail Championship will again be held at Mount Bold in 2024.
Come along and explore this land of the traditional Peramangk and Kuarna owners.
Mount Bold is the largest reservoir in South Australia and is surrounded by more than 5,500 ha of land, including native vegetation with conservation significance.
Held for the first time in 2023, this course received great reviews from participants. It ticks all the boxes: hills, great trails and magnificent views. We also offer an extra-long distance at this event.
Run around the beautiful Mount Bold Reservoir Reserve and enjoy the tranquility, scenery and local wildlife. You’ll travel through stringybark and manna gum woodlands, swamps and creeks.
It’s no walk in the park – you’d expect our championship round to be challenging, but we still cater for a variety of abilities with four distances on offer. And sure that first climb is tough, but you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views across the dam wall and over the Mount Lofty Ranges.
Plus, more than 160 native animals call Mount Bold home including the Southern Brown Bandicoot. What will you see out On The Trails?
